FluentBurst Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FluentBurst, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

FluentBurst provides language learning tools to help users learn a foreign language. Our service utilizes APIs from OpenAI, Deepgram, Google, and DeepL to provide these tools.

3. User Accounts

To use FluentBurst, you must sign up using a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

4. Subscription and Payments

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our billing portal. There are no refunds for partial subscription periods.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use FluentBurst for any of the following purposes:

• Fraudulent activities
• Violating local, state, national, or international laws
• Automated use of the system
• Harassment or intimidation of other users
• Selling or distributing user data
• Using the service to advertise or offer goods for sale
• Attempting to circumvent any security features

6. Intellectual Property

Users do not maintain intellectual property rights for content created while using FluentBurst services.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. To request account deletion, please contact our support team.

8. Limitation of Liability

FluentBurst and anyone associated with FluentBurst does not hold any liability for any loss coming from using the service.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be settled by binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at www.fluentburst.com/terms-of-use. Your continued use of FluentBurst after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our billing portal. To delete your account entirely, please contact our support team.
